Alpine Coaster - Who can ride?
- Individuals aged 8 and above and with a height of over 1.35m m are allowed to ride the Alpine Coaster alone.
- Children aged 3 to 7 can ride in a two-seater coaster with a companion (aged 8 and above and with a height of over 1.35m m) who meets the required height and age criteria and has previous experience with the Alpine Coaster. However, in this case, the full responsibility lies with the companion.
Who cannot ride the Alpine Coaster?
- Children under 3 years old
- Individuals with physical or mental disabilities those who cannot sit properly or operate the sled correctly cannot ride for safety reasons.
- Pregnant women.
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol, taking consciousness-altering medication, or otherwise not in clear consciousness.
You cannot ride the Alpine Coaster with any animal. In addition, you must not have any heavy, sharp objects on you that can be thrown off you.
What should you pay attention to?
- As a sled driver, you are responsible for your safety at this sports facility and must wear appropriate clothing during the ride
- You must control your speed to ensure your safety and those around you. The distance between your sled and the one in front must be at least 25 m. Following the sled in front closely is prohibited. In rear-end collisions, the driver of the rear sled is responsible for all consequences.
- Careless riding can lead to serious injuries. You must always brake in time and then enter the station area at walking speed. Extreme caution is especially required at the end of the track.
- You must always look ahead and align your body in the direction of the ride. During the ride, do not lean out, stretch your arms, or legs out of the sled.
- You must obey all traffic signs. Pay attention to warning signs when transitioning to the next section of the track (at least 25 m).
- You must strictly follow all instructions given by the staff before and during the designated movement intervals. Slow driving is not allowed.
- Only the sleds provided to you at this facility may be used. Your seatbelt must be worn at all times during ascent and descent. Do not remove your seatbelt during the ride.
- A solo passenger always sits at the back. In cases of multiple persons in the sled, the taller person must sit at the back and be responsible for safety. This person must keep both hands on the brake levers throughout the ride to intervene when necessary. The person in the front seat must keep their hands on the handle throughout the ride and must not touch the track or put their hands under the sled.
- Throughout the ride, arms and legs must remain inside the sled.
- You should not wear any clothing (e.g., hats, caps, scarves, shoelaces, etc.) that could fall or fly off the track or the sled wheels. If your hair is long, it must be tied up.
- Boarding and disembarking from the sleds are only allowed at designated entry and exit points. Passengers' starting and ending points for the ride are only at these marked points.
- The total weight per sled must not exceed 150 kg
- Accidents and damages must be reported to the facility staff immediately.
- The following are prohibited within the facility: - Damaging equipment and sleds, - Actions that could disrupt operations, - Operation by unauthorized persons, and - It is forbidden for unauthorized persons to operate accident prevention mechanisms or to engage in similar activities.
- Rides will be suspended when visibility is less than 25 m (e.g., in stormy conditions or darkness).
- All instructions from the staff must be followed. Those who do not comply will be removed from the facility.
- By purchasing the ticket, you agree to the above conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. All claims for damages and compensations will be rejected.
